MLR is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Emergency Room (ER) team.
Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care by assessing, planning, and delivering tailored treatments to ER patients.
- Conduct efficient and accurate triage, prioritizing cases based on medical urgency.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions, adjusting care plans based on patient responses.
- Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care and effective team communication.
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care instructions.
RN Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Idaho is required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
- 5 years of nursing experience and 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience is required.
