We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Mortgage Loan Processor.
The loan processor works closely with the borrower, loan originator and underwriter to ensure all files are accurate and up to date. The loan processor communicates this information to all parties involved.

- Processes all document received for each file in order to verify the accuracy and completion of each document.
- Acts as a liaison for the borrower, underwriter, loan originator and lender.
- Prepares fund request documents for wiring funds to the closing, commitment letters, denial letters and cancels files when appropriate.
- Is responsible for providing customers updated and periodic information regarding their loan application.
- Serves as the initial contact person for the loan program and is expected to answer all calls and emails in a quick and timely manner.
- Must collect all required documentation for the applicant(s) and make follow up phone calls or emails to acquire any missing information.
- Must maintain and update files, databases and records to keep all information up to date.
- Ensures that files meet company compliance standards and are complete.
- Ensures customer privacy and keeping non-public personal information private and secure as well as keeping company confidential information confidential.
- Is able to efficiently generate reports on any given file.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a loan office environment.
- MicroSoft Office skills.
