The Reliability CMMS Specialist serves as the CMMS subject matter expert driving maintenance planning excellence and data-driven decision-making across all MLC locations.
- Champion CMMS execution, adoption, and continuous improvement across the organization
- Standardize maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting practices across all sites
- Partner with maintenance teams, planners, and leadership to drive asset management best practices
- Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Train, mentor, and support maintenance planners and clerks on best practices and system usage
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to enhance CMMS functionality and performance
- Support inventory optimization efforts with Maintenance and Procurement teams
- Conduct audits and provide insights to ensure consistent process execution across locations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Hands-on experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
- Associate degree or technical certification
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and asset management practices
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent coordination, communication, and training/presentation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of an organization
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
