We are building the first telemetry and production system designed for large language models (LLMs), giving them complete visibility into and control over running software, beginning with automatic error fixes.
We are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Product Engineer who is comfortable wearing all hats in a fast-paced environment. This role is highly dynamic, bridging classical full-stack engineering with cutting-edge Generative AI product features.
Key Responsibilities:- Full-Stack Engineering: Work across the entire system, from optimizing telemetry gathering to deep-dive customer issue resolution.
- AI Feature Development: Increase the general intelligence of our system by building advanced AI features, including context engineering and custom GenAI tools.
- Product Ownership: Work directly with customers to understand issues, diagnose problems (e.g., why one fix was successful and another failed), and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Constantly absorb new knowledge about the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape to operate at the technological cutting edge.
You will join a small, aggressively funded team focused on enabling AI to seamlessly keep applications running.
- Experience: 3 - 7 years of experience as a full-stack product engineer at a high-growth start-up.
- Full-Stack Mastery: Proficiency in our core technical stack: TypeScript, Next.js, AWS, MongoDB
- AI Acumen: Demonstrated passion for and ability to work with cutting-edge Generative AI concepts (e.g., context engineering, custom tooling).
- Versatility: Comfortable context-switching between infrastructure optimization, customer interaction, and feature development.
- On-site Policy: Must be able to work in-person 5 days per week in our San Francisco office (near the Salesforce tower).

- Highly Competitive Salary: $200,000 - $275,000
