Requirements
- Experience building and shipping full-stack web applications in a production environment
- A strong foundation in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL
- An interest in or experience with LLMs and AI systems is a plus
- A proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects to the finish line
- Comfort with ambiguity and the excitement of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment
- A passion for our mission of making technical hiring more equitable and effective
- Must be able to work on-site in New York
