Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate at MLA Wholesale plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This hands-on position involves pulling floral product, organizing and maintaining the cooler, assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments, and loading delivery trucks. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment
- Pull product accurately based on customer order sheets
- Stage and label orders for packing or pickup
- Communicate any product shortages or substitutions to the Warehouse Manager
- Shipment Handling
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments: unload, inspect, and check in product
- Help load trucks for outgoing deliveries
- Organize and store product in the cooler and warehouse as needed
- Cooler & Warehouse Organization
- Maintain an organized and clean cooler to ensure efficient pulling
- Rotate stock and discard unusable product as instructed
- Keep warehouse aisles and workstations clean and safe
- Team Support & Communication
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and follow direction from the Cooler Lead and Warehouse Manager
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned, including potting, hydrating, and labeling product
- Report product quality concerns or inventory shortages promptly
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or floral industry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work early morning hours and occasional weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
