This role will focus on driving new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts across the Tri-State area. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop new business opportunities within the contract packaging market, driving long-term, profitable growth.
- Manage, nurture, and retain existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to position solutions effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and customized packaging solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–10 years of B2B or industrial sales experience at the corporate level, preferably with packaging or manufacturing industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated success in new business development, account management, and sales forecasting.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer retention skills.
