Our client, a growing SaaS organization, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its sales team in Lehi, Utah. What You'll Be Doing:
- Research and identify prospective customers to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone and email to introduce the company's solutions and generate interest.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit.
- Qualify prospective customers and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers throughout the early stages of the sales process.
- Partner closely with the Sales Manager to execute effective prospecting and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities within Salesforce.
- Continuously refine outreach techniques and leverage feedback to improve conversion and sales performance.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage prospective customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment.

Compensation Range: Competitive Base Salary Monthly Commission
