Transaction Coordinator

ML Realty Partners (MLRP) is a long term industrial real estate investor in the Central United States. We are actively seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator to work with our acquisition, disposition, leasing and third-party teams to help coordinate and close transactions.

Responsibilities include:

• Work in conjunction with our legal team in the negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements on building and land acquisitions
• Work in conjunction with our legal team during lease negotiations and disposition of assets  
• Coordinate transaction life cycle with internal and external parties
• Select and maintain relationships with third party vendors who assist during transactions
•  Compile post-closing documents as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years previous experience in commercial real estate transactions or contract negotiations required
•  Previous experience is a must.
• Excellent organization, negotiation, and communication skills
• Team player who can work with all members of the acquisition, development, asset management and financial analyst teams
• Excellent ability to multi-task and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Hiring Salary Range of: $90K/yr - $125K/yr. Salary and bonus compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
