Staging Assistant (Part-Time/Flexible)

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Staging Assistant to join our team on an as-needed basis. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income with flexible weekday hours.
About Us
We are a rapidly growing home staging company affiliated with one of Northern Virginia's top real estate teams. We're on track to market 120 homes this year, with approximately 75% of our listings professionally staged by our team. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Assist with staging and destaging occupied and vacant homes
- Load, unload, and transport artwork, décor, and accessories (Furniture is moved by our moving company)
- Arrange furniture and décor according to staging plans
- Maintain an organized staging warehouse
- Help prepare inventory for upcoming staging appointments
- Work alongside our lead stager and, as experience grows, complete projects more independently
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typically between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours vary each week depending on the number of homes being staged and destaged
- Great for someone looking for flexible supplemental income
Pay
- $25–$35 per hour
- Pay is based on experience, reliability, and ability to work independently.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
- Comfortable lifting and moving furniture (up to approximately 50 lbs.)
- Has a good eye for design and detail (preferred but not required)
- Able to follow direction while also taking initiative
- Has reliable transportation
- Previous staging, interior design, moving, retail merchandising, or decorating experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.
