ML Freight LLC (small, growing dump truck company) is hiring an experienced CDL Dump Truck Driver for full‑time work in Northeast Ohio. If you know how to efficiently operate an 8LL manual transmission and like being home every day, this is for you.
Pay: $26.00 – $30.00/hr (based on experience & skill)

What you’ll do
- Safely operate a dump truck to haul - Dirt, debris, concrete, asphalt, gravel, sand
- Run local construction routes to and from job sites
- Use in‑cab controls to safely dump and spread material as directed
- Do pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections (tires, lights, fluids, brakes, etc.)
- Check tickets, verify materials, and watch gross weights
- Follow all Ohio DOT and company safety rules
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, site supervisors, and other drivers
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CDL A or B
- Current DOT medical card
- Clean driving record
- 2 years dump truck experience (required)
- Strong shifting skills – must be able to drive an 8LL
- Solid knowledge of Truck basics & simple maintenance
- Road safety rules
- Construction site safety and dump procedures
- Professional attitude – you show up on time, communicate, and respect the job

- Job Type: Full‑time
- Shifts: Day and Night shift openings
- Area: Local work – based out of Walton Hills, OH. 44146
- Work Location: In person (yard job sites)
