Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor position based in Arlington, TX. In this role, you will lead day to day operations, driving efficiency and productivity across your team. You will be responsible for growing the business by identifying opportunities to increase sales, improve performance, and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, monitoring performance, coaching and developing team members, and proactively resolving challenges.

You will also be expected to have a strong understanding of profitability, including managing costs, analyzing P&L performance, and implementing strategies that drive sustainable results. In addition, you will ensure adherence to company policies and standards while cultivating a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members effectively
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively resolve issues and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Working knowledge of workplace compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Previous supervisory experience is required
• Comfortable leveraging technology and digital tools to support operations, reporting, and team communication
