Why this role
Lead a high‑impact team supporting the U.S. Army PRPO on doctrine, organization, and training—owning deliverables and applying deep PR expertise across the full range of military operations.
What you'll do
- Supervise contract team and manage task‑order deliverables
- Prepare reports, conduct meetings, and ensure quality/compliance
- Serve as PR SME across analysis, design, development, and production
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet requirements and timelines
Required qualifications
- 10 years relevant experience
- Former U.S. Army Officer (MAJ or higher)
- Combat Arms or 18 Series (Special Forces) background
- CGSC graduate; SERE‑C graduate
- S3 staff experience
- Real‑world Personnel Recovery Officer (PRO) experience at battalion echelons
- Familiar with PR across operations, incl. Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) and civil search & rescue (SAR)
- Candidate performing TOM duties must be approved by the PRPO Chief
