We are looking for A Software Engineer II to support our client on be a part of building bleeding edge Air Vehicle Software.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing software designs, code development, update documents, and testing of product improvements for the T-38C. The candidate will be expected to present the designs to the customer for approval. Microsoft Developer Studio will be the primary development tool for the software. The OFP code is written in C. The ground station software is written in C . The candidate will be expected to be familiar with these coding languages. All designs and software will be reviewed by the software team. In addition, the candidate will be expected to participate in reviews of work completed by teammates. Testing will be performed on a desktop testing environment and in the Systems Integration Lab.
Education:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
