Scrum Master - Enterprise Services
Location: North Colorado Springs | Full-time | On-site
Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required prior to start
Salary Range: $108,000 - $112,000

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide and mentor the Enterprise Services team—currently made up of two development teams and one test team—as they transition and mature in Agile practices. You'll play a key role in helping the teams adopt Agile methodologies, deliver value in short sprints, and interface with stakeholders to align priorities and drive results. If you have a strong grasp of Scrum principles, thrive in cross-functional environments, and are passionate about Agile coaching, we'd love to connect.
Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for multiple development and test teams
Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices and principles
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to support sprint execution and backlog grooming
Guide Agile transformation efforts including process creation, artifact design, and training material development
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
Interface with customers to develop strong relationships and ensure delivery alignment
Help teams decompose features into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Current and active DoD Secret clearance
Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master supporting a software development team
Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, VersionOne, Agility)
Deep understanding of Agile principles and The Scrum Guide
Excellent communication, time management, and facilitation skills
Ability to triage issues based on priority, impact, risk, and release timing
Preferred Qualifications
Agile certification (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, PSM)
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience decomposing features into stories with acceptance criteria
Agile coaching background
Familiarity with systems engineering, software development, and verification cycles
