Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Litigation Associate licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This role offers hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to work closely with partners on high-stakes matters. Ideal candidates will be ready to take an active role in managing a dynamic caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Prepare and respond to written discovery requests
- Manage electronic discovery, including document production and review
- Support deposition preparation and second-chair trials
- Collaborate with partners on complex commercial litigation cases
Requirements
- 2–7 years of commercial litigation experience
- Licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional licensure in Delaware and/or New York
- Experience with complex discovery and electronically stored information (ESI)
- Strong writing and analytical skills with minimal need for revision
