As a Manufacturing Engineering Tech 3 at MKS, you will partner with Technical Operations to support Production. In this role, you will report to the Equipment Services Manager.

Pay Range: $22.50 - 37.50 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].

As a Manufacturing Engineering Tech 3 at MKS, you will partner with Technical Operations to support Production. In this role, you will report to the Equipment Services Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Support the manufacturing floor. Respond for unscheduled equipment issues and perform all Preventative Maintenance requirements.
- Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, validation and troubleshooting functions.
- Assist in the construction and debugging of test equipment.
- Performs operational test and fault isolation on test equipment.
- Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy equipment malfunctions and PM requirements.
- Uses manufacturing test, development or diagnostic equipment which may require some software skills.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and assists in the analyzing of data/records for improvement opportunities.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal Travel is required.
- An AA degree, military technical training, equivalent vocational training, or related on-the-job experience.
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in a technician role, assisting with fabrication, modification, repair and/or maintenance.
- Some skills with electronics, electro-mechanical systems, vacuum, pressure, pneumatic or hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with vacuum systems is a plus.
- Ability to collect and analyze basic experimental data and effectively communicate results.
- Demonstrated work experience with MS Office products. Candidate must be comfortable with MS Excel, Word and Outlook at a minimum.

Salary : $23 - $38
