Compensation and Benefits:
As the Finance Manager for the Mass Spectrometry Solutions and Indirect Pressure Business Units, you will partner with BU leadership, functional leads, and finance colleagues to provide financial analysis, forecasts, and growth drivers for the business. This is role will own the global P&L for the business units, and will interact with teams in our US, Mexico, and UK facilities.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Lead BU financial planning process. This includes all major financial planning cycles, such as: annual budget, quarterly and monthly forecasts.
- Ensure high quality for the planning of sales, margins, fixed cost, R&D and Product Marketing budgets.
- Analyze financial data for Business units to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Assess performance of each Business unit and Product group, providing insights into the areas that need attention.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting systems, and data quality to enhance the overall effectiveness of financial analysis and support for the business decision making process.
- Be the finance partner for the Business Manager and functional leads. Ensure that the senior management understands key drivers through insightful presentations. Develops a professional relation with the business teams to determine and assess the business prospects and feasibility within the industry.
- Create influential reports that will help to make the decision-making procedures more efficient.
- Good communication skills with all stakeholders in the company, understanding the needs related to the business. Must have professional communication skills to express complex ideas in simple terms and to communicate comfortably with key stakeholders and higher-level management.
- Bachelors’ degree preferable in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
- 5 years of experience in Finance Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially demonstrable experience with Microsoft Excel
- 1 years of ERP experience. Oracle preferred.
- Proactive approach & a self-starter, hands-on & able to adapt quickly to change, able to absorb new things quickly.
- PowerBI and other data management tools
- Business analysis preferably in multinational corporations.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Pay Range: $100,500 - $186,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
- Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
