What you’ll do
- Safely operate a cargo van or box truck to transport goods to designated delivery locations.
- Load and unload products with care, ensuring all items are secure during transit.
- Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with customers upon delivery.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Handle lifting and moving of products as needed.
Basic qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform physical tasks associated with delivering packages to residential and commercial customers.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role.
- Familiarity with route driving and logistics operations.
- Experience operating manual transmission vehicles.
