What we seek-
- 4 years of General Manager for QSR / Fast Food
- 4 years QSR/Fast Food Manager w/ strong drive-thru experience
- Burger concept experience a plus
- Hands-on manager, work in the trenches with your team
- A person with integrity and great values
- Ability to build, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Comprehensive P&L and cost control experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work mid-shifts
