As our Associate Sales Representative, Spares, you will support the sales team by managing daily email communications, cross-referencing materials to accurately identify client needs, creating quotations, and ensuring timely submission to customers. This role plays a crucial part in facilitating smooth customer interactions, ensuring accuracy in proposals, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process  Additional Responsibilities: Communicate via email, interpret requests, cross reference parts, create quotations. Review and respond to shared voicemail box messages daily. Review and respond to quotations submitted to shared mailbox and escalate to the appropriate sales representative where needed. Review various job folder listing tickets (including bill of materials) to identify spare parts. You will bring 1 year(s) of relevant sales expertise to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred. Additional Requirements: SAP experience highly desirable.  Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft products.  Strong interpersonal communication and team building skills.  Strong organizational skills, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.  About KONE At KONE, we foster an innovative and collaborative culture, valuing each individual's contribution. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
