Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on healthcare operations leader to oversee the day-to-day management of a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering strong partnerships with physicians and clinical teams.

- Direct and oversee all facility operations, including clinical support services and administrative functions
- Ensure efficient delivery of surgical services with a focus on quality, safety, and patient experience
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflows, staffing, and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
- Partner with clinical leadership to support quality improvement, infection control, and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cost controls
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, governing boards, and clinical teams
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, medical staff, and external partners
- Support physician recruitment, credentialing, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development
- Ensure appropriate staffing models aligned with patient volume and service needs
- Support growth of surgical service lines and expansion initiatives
- Participate in strategic planning, including facility development and service optimization
- Identify opportunities for new programs aligned with community needs
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership experience (ambulatory surgery center or hospital setting preferred)
- Experience managing operations, budgets, and clinical programs
- Demonstrated experience working closely with physicians and clinical teams
