We're partnering with one of Texas' most respected electrical contractors to find a leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from start to finish.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Drive a strong safety culture and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
- Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and clients to resolve field issues.
- Review drawings, manage manpower, and oversee project execution.
- Mentor foremen and electricians to maximize productivity and team performance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate complex schedules.
- Experience with large-scale electrical installations and field operations.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Stable work history with a reputation for delivering successful projects.
