Care Manager - Leadership Role with High Earning Potential

MKE Care helps seniors in Bay View and surrounding Milwaukee neighborhoods live independently at home. We provide companionship, daily support, and helpful senior-living products delivered and set up.

We’re now hiring Care Managers—community leaders who combine client onboarding with caregiver supervision. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential, flexible scheduling, and the chance to make a real difference in your community.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a team of caregivers, ensuring services are delivered on time and at the highest standard.

• Meet with seniors and families (in-person or virtual) to understand needs and create care plans.

• Approve timesheets, monitor service delivery, and maintain client satisfaction.

• Recommend helpful home products that make senior living safer and easier.

• Work primarily from home, with occasional client visits in the community.
