We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Countertop Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in operating various tools and machinery related to countertop fabrication and installation. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sanders, miter saws, table saws, and routers.
- Cut and assemble countertops to specified sizes.
- Cut and apply build-up materials.
- Band countertops and fabricate applied edge tops.
- Install sinks into countertops.
- Glue and lay laminate.
- Cut and finish backsplashes.
- Apply adhesive and silicone for solid surface tops.
- File, sand, and clean tops for final quality check.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk for a minimum of 9 hours.
- Good vision, color vision, hearing, speaking, and finger dexterity skills.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, climb, kneel, reach, and push.
- Proficient in reading, writing, following instructions, and performing mathematical calculations.
- Ability to read prints, use a tape measure, and operate hand tools.
- Good attendance and reliability.
