What you will do…
- Maintaining financial records, and general ledger accounts
- Processing AP and AR entries and submitting invoicing to clients
- Account reconciliations including bank and or balance sheet
- Review overhead expense accounts for classification accuracy
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist with 10-day month-end close process
- Update weekly/monthly inventory reports
- Responding to information requests, assisting with audits
- Associates Degree in Accounting, or Business required
- 1-2 year’s of experience using ERP software
- Basic knowledge of GAAP, Financial statements, Full cycle month end close
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
- Construction experience is a plus
- Quickbooks experience beneficial but not required
