We continue to grow rapidly and are building the HR infrastructure needed to support our expanding footprint. We are seeking a detail-oriented, systems-minded HR professional to strengthen our HR operations, drive data accuracy, and help ensure compliance across multiple states and facilities.
Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst / HR Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HR systems (primarily ADP Workforce Now) and for supporting core compliance and reporting requirements. This role will work closely with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and site leadership to ensure our employee data is accurate, compliant, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities
HRIS / System Administration
Serve as day-to-day administrator for ADP Workforce Now
Process and audit employee lifecycle transactions (new hires, job changes, separations)
Maintain data integrity through routine audits and reporting
Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to vendors when needed
Support configuration of system fields, workflows, and security roles
Assist with HR system integrations during mergers and acquisitions
Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
Data & Reporting
Create and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, including headcount, turnover, compensation, and workforce analytics
Develop dashboards to support leadership insights and decision-making
Maintain standardized data management and reporting processes
Compliance
Support multi-state employment law compliance (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, wage/hour)
Assist with compliance filings and reporting, including EEO, ACA, OSHA, Workers’ Comp
Maintain employee files and support audit requests
Coordinate driver compliance files, FMCSA, and safety reporting (as needed)
Partner with HRBPs to ensure policies and practices align with state and federal requirements
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline HR systems and data workflows
Develop SOPs and documentation for HR processes
Support annual HR programs (open enrollment, bonus cycles, total compensation updates)
Qualifications
Required
2 years of HRIS, HR Operations, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Working knowledge of basic employment regulations (FLSA, FMLA, EEO)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
Ability to manage confidential information
Preferred
Multi-site or field-based workforce experience
Experience supporting acquisitions / integrations
Experience with OSHA reporting, Workers’ Compensation, and/or FMCSA
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related discipline
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
