AWS Connect Technical Lead Contact Center
Location: Hartford, CT
Skillset: AWS Connect, Python, Lambda, Terraform
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Amazon Connect and AWS teams.
- Design, implement, and optimize Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems and third-party applications.
- Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, S3, and IAM.
- Build and enhance IVR, Chatbots, Call Routing, Analytics, and customer experience solutions.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Develop automation and backend solutions using Python.
- Act as the technical escalation point for critical issues and solution design challenges.
Salary : $40 - $42
