Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, driven Internal Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the engine of our revenue growth, responsible for managing a high volume of inbound leads / proactively expanding our footprint within existing accounts.
Unlike field sales, you will leverage digital tools, phone, and video conferencing to build deep relationships and close deals from our Brea office.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process from initial qualification and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a high volume of activity.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify new opportunities within your territory.
- Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our Product lineup to effectively handle objections and consultatively solve prospect pain points.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to refine lead quality and Sales Engineers to ensure technical alignment during the sales cycle.
What You Bring to the Table
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command a "virtual" room.
- Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude—you view "no" as a step closer to "yes."
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and video conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical sales experience.
- Growth Path: We prioritize internal promotions; this role is a proven springboard to Senior AE or Field Sales positions.
This position offers minimum wage plus commission.

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
