Lawn Maintenance Technician

Job Description: As a Lawn Maintenance Technician at MK Lawn Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the beauty and health of our clients' lawns while also managing transportation logistics. You will be responsible for executing various lawn care tasks with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail, as well as safely transporting equipment and materials to job sites. Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain manicured and pristine lawns.
2. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols are followed.
3. Safely operate trucks and trailers to transport equipment, materials, and crew members to job sites.
4. Assist in landscaping projects including planting, mulching, sodding, and sprinkler system maintenance.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their lawn care needs, address concerns, and provide expert advice.
6. Uphold company standards for quality, efficiency, and professionalism in all aspects of service delivery.
7. Complete work orders, documentation, and time tracking accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field preferred.
• Experience driving trucks and trailers preferred
• valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
