Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide product demonstrations and share knowledge about features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
- Previous wireless experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently to engage customers.
