Civil Construction Laborer
We are hiring a dependable laborer to assist with earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, and general civil construction.
Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup and manual labor
- Assist equipment operators and pipe crews
- Install pipe, drainage structures, forms, and construction materials
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Set up barricades, traffic control, and erosion-control materials
- Follow directions from foremen and superintendents
- Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
Qualifications
- Civil construction experience preferred but not required
- Able to work outdoors in extreme heat, cold, and changing weather
- Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is preferred
This is a full-time, hands-on position with opportunities to learn additional skills and advance within the company.
Compensation will be based on experience, work ethic, attitude, and overall ability.
Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
