Photo Booth Event Ambassador — Event Experience Required
We’re looking for outgoing, reliable, and experienced Event Ambassadors to join our team for photo booth experiences, corporate events, brand activations, weddings, conferences, and other special events throughout the Chicago area.
Previous event experience is required. We’re looking for people who are already comfortable working in live event environments, interacting with guests and clients, adapting when things change, and maintaining a professional presence from setup through the end of an event.
Previous photo booth experience is a major plus!
We are especially interested in candidates who have their own reliable transportation and are willing and able to transport photo booth equipment to and from events when needed. Additional compensation may be available for assignments that include equipment transportation.
What You'll Do
Depending on the event and assignment, responsibilities may include:
- Set up and operate professional photo booth equipment
- Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging experience for guests
- Professionally represent our company while onsite
- Communicate with event contacts, clients, and other event professionals
- Monitor the photo booth throughout the event and address basic operational or technical issues
- Keep the booth area clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Break down and carefully pack equipment at the conclusion of the event
- Complete required post-event reporting and communicate any equipment, client, or onsite issues
- For applicable assignments, pick up, transport, unload, reload, and return photo booth equipment
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- Previous experience working events, hospitality, experiential marketing, catering, entertainment, weddings, conferences, or a similar live-event environment
- Strong customer service and guest interaction skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently as well as alongside other event professionals
- Comfortable learning and operating technology
- Able to follow event-specific instructions and adapt to changing onsite situations
- Available for event-based work, including evenings and weekends
Big Plus:
- Previous photo booth experience
- Experience with event technology, photography, AV equipment, or experiential activations
- Your own reliable vehicle and willingness to transport equipment to and from events
- Experience setting up and breaking down event equipment
- Familiarity with Chicago-area venues and event logistics
Equipment Transportation Opportunities
We are particularly interested in Event Ambassadors who can also assist with equipment transportation.
These assignments may involve picking up photo booth equipment, safely transporting it to the venue, unloading it, and returning equipment after the event.
Candidates interested in these assignments should have:
- A reliable vehicle with adequate cargo space
- A valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance
- The ability to safely load, unload, and transport event equipment
- Comfort navigating Chicago-area venues, parking, loading docks, and event access procedures

Schedule
This is event-based work, so schedules vary based on our event calendar. Events frequently take place during evenings and weekends, with some weekday and daytime opportunities available.
