We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at a new, modern, locally owned dental office focused on providing a comfortable and positive patient experience.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, gentle with patients, motivated to learn and grow, and able to work well in a team environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in patient care and is willing to grow with the office.
Responsibilities include:
- Chairside assisting
- Taking X-rays
- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
- Sterilizing instruments
- Helping patients feel comfortable
- Following OSHA and infection control protocols
- Assisting with clinical flow and supplies
Requirements:
- Texas RDA license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
