Responsibilities/Description
- Research company websites for candidates and job orders.
- Recruit candidates for open job orders.
- Ability and flexibility to make occasional calls outside of standard hours.
- Call and email candidates and companies for new job orders.
- 25-40 Recruiting calls daily.
- Post job orders on social media via video and web content.
- Create marketing content to attract candidates and clients.
- Create Excel candidate lists for recruiters to contact.
- ATS Software experience is a plus.
- Must have MS Office experience with Outlook, Word and basic Excel.
- Must be self-motivated, driven and highly organized.
- Must have the ability to make phone calls and email candidates and companies.
- Must be willing to work in the office.
- Possible hybrid schedule after initial 30-60 day training period.
- Full or part-time options with ideal working days of Monday-Thursday.
- Medical Insurance and Retirement options after 90 days of employment.
- Hourly wage plus quarterly bonus on placements.
- Paid vacation/holidays after six month of employment.
