Job Summary

Responsible for providing advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, and other medical aesthetic services as trained and certified in as the practice evolves.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes through comprehensive consultations, customized treatment planning, and consistent execution aligned with MK Aesthetics’ service standards and patient experience philosophy.


The Aesthetic Injector contributes to overall practice growth through client retention, treatment plan development, cross-department collaboration, and alignment with MK’s operational, clinical, and cultural standards.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver consultations and treatment plans utilizing the MK Way approach, ensuring clients are educated, confident, and committed to a long-term treatment journey aligned with their goals.
  • Follow MK Aesthetics’ Mission, Vision, and Values to deliver a consistent, elevated, and personalized client experience from consultation through follow-up.
  • Deliver best-in-class injectable and aesthetic treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director.
  • Provide comprehensive consultations that assess client needs, educate on treatment options, and develop customized, results-driven treatment plans.
  • Provide thorough pre- and post-procedure education, including care instructions, expectations, and potential side effects.
  • Drive client retention through rebooking, follow-up communication, and ongoing treatment plan
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records within the EMR, including treatments, medical-grade skincare recommendations, consents, medication history, and communications.
  • Comply with all protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure client safety and practice standards.


Practice Growth & Client Experience

  • Recommend and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including services, packages, memberships, and retail products to optimize client outcomes and lifetime value.
  • Educate clients on the full scope of MK Aesthetics offerings through MK Way consultations and client engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with injectables, esthetics, and laser team members to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience, including appropriate referrals and cross-treatment planning.
  • Support and uphold MK Aesthetics’ policies, pricing structures, and treatment philosophies when educating clients and collaborating with team members, maintaining alignment with practice standards and overall business goals.


Brand & Marketing Contribution

  • Contribute to marketing and brand growth through participation in content creation (social media, before & after photos, testimonials), client engagement, and bringing forward promotional ideas aligned with practice goals.
  • Support client follow-up initiatives including reviews, testimonials, and ongoing engagement.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador through client interactions and community outreach.


Essential Functions to Accomplish Outcomes

  • Deliver a high level of customer service with the ability to establish rapport while maintaining professionalism and clinical credibility.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and strong clinical judgment while operating within scope of practice and MK Aesthetics standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, handling situations with confidence, discretion, and poise.
  • Effectively utilize all systems including EMR (Aesthetic Record), imaging software, and client engagement platforms.
  • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and regulatory requirements including OSHA, HIPAA,
  • Minnesota Board of Nursing/Medicine, and internal policies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client interactions and responsibilities.
  • Maintain flexibility to support extended hours, events, trainings, and business needs.
  • Seek ongoing industry education, training, and best practices to continuously improve skillset and outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment that reflects MK Aesthetics’ culture and commitment to excellence.

  • Total service and retail revenue
  • Revenue per hour / Revenue per appointment

Required Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

  • Education and ExperienceValid NP, PA-C, or RN license in the state of Minnesota
  • 3 years of experience with aesthetics injectables.
  • Advanced aesthetic training and certifications (Allergan, Galderma, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with EMR systems (Aesthetic Record preferred)


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 40 pounds.
