Key Responsibilities
Property Management
- Assist the Property Manager with daily operations of the property.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and coordinate turnover processes.
- Maintain accurate resident files, lease documents, and property records.
- Assist with rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and reporting.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Enforce community policies and lease agreements professionally and consistently.
- Help prepare reports, budgets, and other administrative documentation.
- Ensure the property maintains a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal.
Leasing & Marketing
- Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes to prospective residents.
- Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries in a timely manner.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active leasing pipeline.
- Process rental applications, perform screening procedures, and prepare lease agreements.
- Execute lease renewals and retention initiatives.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, resident events, and outreach efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support occupancy goals.
Qualifications
- Atleast 3 years previous experience in property management, leasing, & customer service preferred.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on resident satisfaction and occupancy growth.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
