Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Experienced Electrical Supervisor, based out of Oakland Park, FL.
The Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical projects, ensure safety and compliance with electrical codes, and manage a team of approximately 10 employees.
The role includes: supervising and coordinating daily job schedules, planning and overseeing electrical projects, ordering and managing materials and ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects. Additionally, the Supervisor must communicate effectively with office staff, clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential and commercial electrical work
- Strong supervisory skills with a proven ability to lead and mentor effectively
- Expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or technical training in electrical work is preferred
- Valid Florida Drivers License with good driving record
