Overview
We are a licensed cannabis company seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members to support our daily production operations. We are a Fast, efficient and compliant company. This role focuses on hand rolling joints, preparing cannabis products and assisting with general production tasks as needed throughout the day.
Responsibilites
-Hand roll pre-rolls to company quality standards
-Prepare, weight and package cannabis products accurately
-Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and compliance standards
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace
-Follow all state cannabis and company SOPs
-Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Qualifications
-Must be 21 years old (required by law)
-Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
-Prior cannabis handling or rolling experience preferred but not required (training available for the right candidate)
-Strong attention to detail and consistency
-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
