Located in the heart of the community of Washington Heights in Northern Manhattan is a 705-bed rehabilitation and nursing care facility with a mission to provide quality care through diverse programs and services designed to support health and independence to individuals needing short-stay or long term inpatient care.
Responsible for meeting nutritional care needs of residents as assigned, including related activities and procedures, in accordance with Isabella standards, State Health Code requirements, and all other regulatory agencies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition, Master's preferred.
- Registered Dietitian and Dietetics
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in therapeutics in an institution, with Nursing Home or long-term care experience preferred
- Knowledge of general documentation procedures used in Long Term Care facilities
Salary : $68,838 - $82,606
