We are seeking an Account Director to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, leading the development of data-driven marketing and sales strategies while overseeing campaign execution across multiple healthcare verticals. You will be responsible for driving growth within your account group, building strong client relationships, and managing internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
What You’ll Do
$95,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.

We are seeking an Account Director to join our team. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that align with client objectives.
- Generate growth opportunities across existing accounts through strategic recommendations and renewal proposals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delegating tasks and guiding internal teams to meet goals.
- Partner with agency and execution teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Prepare and present account summaries, strategic updates, and proposals.
- Ensure account teams are motivated, well-coordinated, and contributing to both client and organizational objectives.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations and drive measurable results.
- Proven ability to create, manage, and grow client relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a flexible approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years of agency or relevant experience in client services, account management, or healthcare marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.
