CUSTOMER SERVICE / DATA ENTRY
Established trucking company looking for a detail-oriented professional for customer service and data entry to join our team.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Responding promptly to customer questions via email or by phone
- Process orders, forms and documents accurately
- Maintain organized files
- Must be able to work as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus)
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
