Job Description:
This Property Services Technician role is for a single-owner, operator property management company based in Rutland, VT, that services condo associations, single-family rentals, apartments, and businesses in Killington, Rutland, West Rutland, and Castleton. This entry-level position in property management will require basic property maintenance skills and experience, with the opportunity to move to a full-time position. The ideal candidate will need to have a clean and valid driver's license, along with expertise in the following areas, as the responsibilities will include:
· Basic interior and exterior home repair
· Bathroom and kitchen remodeling and renovations
· Property inspections for guest arrivals and departures
· Landscaping, mowing
· Drywall
· Basic plumbing
· Carpentry
· Interior house cleaning
· Laundry
· Flooring installation and repair
· Interior and Exterior painting
· Power washing
· Snow shoveling, salting
· Routine weekly inspections, cleaning, and building maintenance
· Pool and hot tub maintenance
· Weekend on-call availability
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 years of experience in Property Management
· High School Diploma or GED
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
· Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
· Multitasking
· Organizational skills
· Detailed oriented
· Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
· Self-motivated

Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
