Construction Inspector NICET III and Office Engineer

MJ is seeking applicants for construction inspectors - NICET Level III and office engineers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee construction of bridges, buildings, dams, highways and other construction work to ensure that procedures and materials comply with plans and specifications
• Measure distances to verify accuracy of dimensions of structural installations and layouts
• Verify alignment and elevation of installations
• Observe work in progress to ensure that procedures and materials conform to specifications
• Examine quality of finished installations for conformity to standard and approves installation
• Interpret contract drawings and specifications and discusses deviations from specified construction procedures to ensure compliance with regulations governing construction
• Record material quantities received and used; maintain daily log of construction/inspection activities
• Compute monthly estimates of work completed
  
  

Prerequisites For Employment Include

• NICET certification, ASCE or education equal Valid driver's license
• Previous experience with SiteManager is highly preferred Highly motivated Detail oriented Strong interpersonal and organization skills
• Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work without employer sponsorship
  
  

Pay is based on applicant’s ability and will be rated accordingly. Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
