Duties
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery or storage, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct stock replenishment and stocking activities to maintain optimal inventory levels across all warehouse zones.
- Support shipping & receiving operations by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, damages or discrepancies, and documenting transactions.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks on heavy machinery and small equipment.
- Follow OSHA safety standards diligently while handling materials and operating equipment to promote a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with Project manager to improve distribution processes and optimize workflow efficiency.
Experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly.
- Experience working under OSHA guidelines to ensure safety protocols are consistently followed.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
