Description
FW logistics is looking for an experienced Cold Storage Forklift Operator for our Memphis, TN location on first shift!
**This is a Cold storage facility. Candidate must be comfortable working in a negative temperature climate**
Pay: $20hr
Schedule: M-F 7:00AM to 03:30PM
Address: 2369 Spottswood Ave. Memphis, TN.
Primary Duties:
- Operate Sit or stand up forklift to move product
- Utilize power or hand jack
- Gather product based on production schedule or work order
- Ability to read; production schedule and work orders to determine items needed
- Sort, rack and shelve items based on size, type, style, color or product code
- Compile paperwork from customer specifications
- Write simple memos and communications
- Reviews orders for accuracy
- Help to maintain a clean and neat work environment
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- 2 years forklift operation experience
- Ability to read and comprehend information
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds
- Previous forklift experience required
