Job Description:
We are a growing custom pool construction company looking for a motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident, professional, and hungry to earn. You will be meeting with homeowners, following up with leads, presenting pool designs, and helping clients bring their dream backyard to life.
We are looking for someone who can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish and is comfortable working in a high-ticket sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to new leads in a timely manner
- Schedule and attend client appointments
- Present pool design concepts and proposals
- Follow up with potential clients consistently
- Build trust and maintain strong customer communication
- Help generate referrals and new business
- Keep track of leads, appointments, and sales activity
- Close sales and help meet monthly revenue goals
Requirements:
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently
- Sales experience required
- High-ticket sales or construction/home improvement sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable working evenings and/or weekends when needed
