Join Our Team! We have an immediate need for a Graphic Designer in Amherst with a strong digital marketing background.
Major Tasks Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and other designers to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Digital and Print Media: Design graphics for websites, coordinate social media postings, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Conceptualization: Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
- Feedback Incorporation: Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality digital and print materials.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach in all creative work.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative flair and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of web design, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Experience in Property Management can be advantageous.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with other design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Canva.
