This is a part-time, on-site position for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Somerset, NJ. The responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects, managing subcontractor and supplier accounts, evaluating project progress, and ensuring financial control. The Quantity Surveyor will also liaise with project stakeholders, assess risks, and ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and preparing bills of quantities
- Experience in managing subcontractor contracts, invoicing, and supplier invoicing
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and risk assessments
