The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on electrical experience, and a commitment to safety and quality. While experience with PLCs and reading wiring schematics is a plus, it is not required for this role.
This position requires occasional out-of-state travel to support project needs.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Electrical Installation & Supervision
- Lead the installation of electrical systems in commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Perform inspections and testing to verify system functionality and code compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Assist with electrical tasks on industrial job sites as needed.
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on equipment installations and system integration.
- Support wiring and commissioning of electrical components in industrial environments.
- Supervise and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
- Provide training and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
- Work with project managers to align electrical work with project timelines and goals.
- Interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams to plan and execute tasks.
- Manage materials and ensure timely delivery and proper storage.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school preferred.
- 5 years of experience in commercial electrical work.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in construction or related fields.
- Valid journeyman or master electrician license (preferred).
- Familiarity with PLCs and ability to read wiring schematics (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for out-of-state projects.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders for extended periods.
- Able to work in fast-paced environments with active equipment.
